Our Story
Devon Lodges is part of TJS Properties, a trusted property management company. Here’s the story of how we started and grew to offer exceptional holiday lodges across North Devon. TJS Property Management Ltd began in 2018 with a simple, hands-on approach: managing our own holiday let properties. What started as a personal venture quickly grew into something much larger. As guests and local owners saw how we operated, word spread, and before long, other holiday let owners asked if we could market and manage their properties too. Initially, our focus was on marketing and guest relations. But as clients got to know our team, they discovered we had exceptional housekeepers as well. Requests naturally expanded, and housekeeping soon became a core part of our service.
Housekeeping Team
Our team of 22 dedicated housekeepers ensures every lodge is spotless and guest-ready. From North Devon to Nottinghamshire and Doncaster, they take care of every detail, from fresh linen to a sparkling kitchen, ensuring a warm welcome for every visitor.
Linen & Laundry Services
Our specialized linen team manages washing, ironing, and delivery across all regions. They make sure every lodge has crisp, fresh bedding and towels, maintaining high standards of hygiene and comfort for all guests.
Maintenance Team
Our maintenance crew provides prompt repairs and upkeep across all lodges. Whether it’s fixing a leaky tap, servicing appliances, or routine inspections, they ensure every property is in perfect working order.
Management & Guest Relations
Our management team coordinates bookings, handles queries, and provides outstanding support to property owners and guests. Their experience and dedication ensure smooth operations and an exceptional holiday experience for everyone.
