TJS Property Management Ltd began in 2018 with a simple, hands‑on approach: managing our own holiday let properties. What started as a personal venture quickly grew through reputation and word of mouth, as other holiday‑let owners asked us to market and manage their properties on their behalf.

Initially, our services focused on marketing and guest relations. As owners became more familiar with how we operated, they also recognised the strength of our housekeeping team. Requests naturally expanded, and housekeeping soon became a core part of what we offer.

Today, we’re proud to manage and support properties with:

• A dedicated team of eight housekeepers across North Devon

• A team of ten covering Nottinghamshire

• A further team of four serving Doncaster and the surrounding areas

As demand continued to grow, owners asked us to take on linen services — a need that led us to develop and expand a full linen operation across all three regions over the past three years.

The final piece of the puzzle was maintenance. With more properties under our care, clients wanted a single, reliable point of contact for every aspect of their property’s upkeep. We listened, and now provide comprehensive maintenance services across all areas where we offer management.

From a small, owner‑run operation to a multi‑region property management company, our growth has always been driven by trust, reputation, and the quality of our people — values that continue to guide everything we do.
