Discover 31 Ocean Terrace, a contemporary lodge set in a peaceful position with lovely countryside and coastal outlooks. Designed with space and comfort in mind, it’s a great choice for families or friends enjoying a North Devon break.

The entrance leads into a generous open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for socializing. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, and dishwasher, making longer stays effortless. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table before relaxing in the lounge area with comfortable seating and a Smart TV.

Sleeping arrangements include:

One double bedroom with en-suite shower
Two twin bedrooms, ideal for children or friends
Family bathroom with shower over bath and WC

Outside, a private decked space with outdoor furniture offers the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening dining. Towels, linen, and hairdryers are provided, and there is allocated parking beside the lodge.

Hot Tub Use

Included with stays of 7 nights or more
For shorter breaks, the hot tub can be added for £150 per stay, subject to availability and must be arranged at least 48 hours before arrival
